Hi guys. My wife needs to transfer her visa from her old passport which is set to expire very soon to her new one, but she is sick and should not go to immigration. Can I just do it for her? I need to go anyways, and they know us both pretty well. Is there a form that we should fill out beforehand?
Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The visa itself cannot be transferred; your wife needs to carry both her old passport with the visa and her new passport. You cannot perform the transfer on her behalf.

She has a non-o trailing spouse visa attached to my extension of stay. She does not need to transfer anything, and instead will carry both passports when she needs her passport?
I think if you read her stamps it will say the same thing yours says "EXTENSION OF STAY PERMITTED UNTIL" and have the same expiration date you have. AND if that's the case you can't just 'carry two passports' you go move the stamps
You're right. "Extension of stay permitted until" 3 months before mine expires. Throughout the process my school and immigration exclusively used the term Non-O.
So, is there a form we can fill out giving me the power to act in her place?
, there's no need to RACE to the immigration office, I mean she can get well and go as long as you move the stamps before she has another 90 day report due.
Otherwise you'd need a signed "power of attorney form" w/the two 5 baht tax stamps on it and even with that they might NOT let you do it for her.
I'd say GO to your immigration office OR have your employer contact them (your spouse has an extension based on you working here) and see what they say
