I have a non-b visa and work permit. My wife is here on a covid extension.
Does anyone know if it will be possible to get a non-o trailing spouse visa under these circumstances? My school says yes, but I'd like to double check.
Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user queries about the possibility of their wife obtaining a Non-O trailing spouse visa while she is on a COVID extension and he holds a Non-B visa with a work permit. A commenter confirms that she should be able to apply for a 90-day Non-O visa based on their marriage, provided she has enough time left on her current stamp for the application process.

There shouldn't be a problem for her to apply for a 90 day Non-O visa based on being married to someone who legally works here and has a Non-B visa/extension.
She would need the required time (usually 15 days or more) left on her current stamp to apply because of the under consideration period for the Non-O visa.
