What should I do if I missed my 90-day reporting while in a different province in Thailand?

Hi guys, I hope everyone is well.

I have a question about 90-day reporting.

I missed my 90-days by about 2 months. (I know, I know) I thought that it was due 90 days after my 1 year extension was official, it was actually due 90 days after my non-b was granted. (It appears)

My question is this: I am not in my home province. My landlord here has definitely filed a TM30 for me. Can I go to the local immigration here and sort it out, as this is where I am registered right now, or is it necessary to go home and sort it out with them?

Thanks for any help!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice regarding the consequences of missing their 90-day reporting deadline by about 2 months while residing in a different province in Thailand. They are unsure if they can resolve the issue at their current local immigration office or if they must return to their home province. The advice from a commenter suggests consulting their employer before attempting to change the reporting location to avoid complications or fines.

You are on extension based on employment. That is linked to your working place. If it's me, I wouldn't want to mess up things to try to change the location by myself without talking with my employer for making everything sure. (I would face the fine for delay next time I or my employer do with IO)

You would be fined next at the immigration office now or 1 year later anyway.

Ok, thank you guys. I'm asking because my immigration office is a little notorious for inventing extra fees and fines. Was kinda hoping I could sort it at a friendlier office but what you've said makes sense, that's what I wasn't sure about.

Thank you guys!

If your immigration office wants to charge extra fees for lifting this, ask to see the price list or where they are getting the cost from.
