I have 2 friends entering from USA on the 26th, they have medical insurance, or can purchase 30 days international travel ins. if necessary.
This photo was posted recently as a required doc for entry, the poster was entering from cambodia and was told that they need a doctor's note stating no evidence of fever, cough, or chest pain, but nothing about an official negative covid test.
If anyone hears from anyone entering from the US could you please post here with the story?
Thanks, and huge thanks to the mods for the hard work.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the health documentation required for entry into Thailand for travelers coming from the USA, particularly around the necessity of a doctor's note concerning symptoms like fever, cough, or chest pain, as opposed to needing an official negative COVID-19 test.
