Thank you so much Robert. Another question/clarification: yes it is actually on an extension of stay. We need to cancel because my husband will apply for another visa - non-o based on being my dependent but when coming back he will still like to continue taking classes. Does the letter need to state the same (i.e. stopping studying even if he will continue)?
That is absolutely wrong. That is why I am asking this question. I have been told also by my new employer that I do need to cancel my current visa. Grateful if someone with correct answer could advice.
