I forgot to do the 90-days reporting for my daughter who is 2 years old. I think the 90 days should have been done last month. Given the situation COVID and the fact that is below 5 is not really convenient to go to immigration. What should I do to get it done for her? Big trouble if we are late by quite a few weeks to do it for her? Thanks for the support

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user forgot to complete the 90-day reporting for their 2-year-old daughter, which was due a month ago, and is concerned about potential penalties due to delays caused by COVID-19. Community members advised that there is currently an amnesty for 90-day reporting until July 31st, which allows users to delay this requirement without facing penalties. The suggestion is to wait for the reporting to restart and check with immigration authorities for updates, while ensuring that passport stamps are checked for accuracy.

And I think we're done, remember CHECK your passports when you get stamped in to the country because it's YOUR responsibility to make sure you or your children are stamped in correctly.

Good Luck

GO to the immigration office, get the stamp corrected and while you're there ASK them about filing a 90 day report,

In looking at the amnesty rules it says starting on March 26th anyone that needs to do a 90 day report doesn't have to do it until July 31st SO this leads me to believe that because the 90 day report for your child was due April 3rd (after the amnesty) that there won't be a fine even though it's late. AND you won't have to file a 90 day report until July 31st when they tell people to re-start

So ok I wait for the 90 days reporting to restart. How do I know when that's the case? Can I still try to file it online?

IF you entered the country on Jan 4th the 90 day report was due april 3th. so NOPE you can't apply online because you're late.

Ok so here is the thing. I just looked at her passport. Consider she is 2 years old. She has en extension of permit to stay that runs until end of October. We left for Christmas and returned on Jan 4. They stamped her as permitted to stay (at that time up to 29 of March 2020) - not suure why they put 29.03.2020 as she has an extension until Oct. 2020 (sorry I am getting confused). So I skipped the 90 days reporting all together?!?!?!

Ok. I will go to Immigration Division 1. Is it open? I don't need to bring my daughter with me right?!?!?!?!

Ok how do I do that? Should I go by myself to immigration?

you NEED to go get the stamp corrected for sure because it's YOUR responsibility to make sure you're stamped in correctly and you've gone quite a while without getting it corrected already

Be that as it may, there's an amnesty on right now that states you don't have to do 90 day reporting for anyone until July 31st. You might as well take advantage of that and just wait until they announce when 90 day reporting starts back up THEN go do it.

@Tod ********
there is no fine on kids younger than 15 years

and there is no "big trouble" for failing to do a 90 day report on time, it's a 2000baht fine whether you're 8 days late or 8 months late.

Take the amnesty and deal with it when they say to restart the 90 day reporting.

And what type of visa/extension is she on?
