I tried to book a hotel for my test and go and they required a credit card to be sent via email. I asked for a more secure way and ultimately went with another hotel. So not surprised to hear this

I had the same issue in Sri Lanka. The govt here doesn’t even issue certificates of recovery in any case. I was able to get one online easily enough. There are services in the USA and uk that do it remotely. A positive test might be required

For some reason, the refund button always showed that my receipt number wasn't available for a refund because.

"Your x swab appointment is not eligible for a refund.

Incomplete payment or the swab test is already done."

The payment was definitely complete and the swab test was obviously never done. Seems to be an error. This is the case for both my test and my partner's

If you do your Thai pass before hand. Sri Lanka is very easy to enter. Just need 1 antigen test before departure. It’s not the cheapest but unless you find other options. Sri Lanka air flights from Sri Lanka to bangkok are about $200 direct

Check the infographics on the bottom. It says

"In case of positive RT-PCR result,

must have a medical certificate

stating that you have recovered from

(infected more than 14 days

but not more than 3 months"
