TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around the CT threshold used in PCR tests in Thailand, particularly in relation to individuals who have recently recovered from COVID-19. Participants mention varying CT values from different testing experiences, with some reporting thresholds of 40 or 26. There is a concern about whether Thailand's testing policies might catch recently recovered individuals, with suggestions of blood antibody tests as an alternative for those with recovery certificates.
