has anyone received a refund from the thailandpsas site? I missed a flight due to sickness and so far I haven't heard anything from them. I'm a bit nervous to rebook since it's, so far, the only thing that cannot be changed or refunded easily
UPDATE: Issue was resolved easily. They responded almost immediately at support@pkcd.co.th (still never heard back from refund@pkcd.co.th after over a week)
