👋 i am coming to Jomtien at the end of august myself and have a disability pension from U.S. army. they can send a dated statement of benefits and i can print out years of my bank statements from my iPhone showing my u.s. treasury checks deposits going back 5 years. i have over half the 800k thb when i arrive. do i qualify as described or should i get an agent? tia

i make enough money, $4,100 monthly w military check deposited to my u. s. bank but don’t have quite half the savings. i do have my bank app which displays my account info including description of deposit ( treasury check ) but u. s. embassy does not provide guarantees anymore. i do have statements from veterans affairs stating my status and income. and i have a cambodian bank account as well which i hope to keep.

i’m thinking of hua hin as a hub for travel through thailand and rest of the world 🌍. close to everywhere and beautiful while you’re there. cheap enough and safe enough to leave your belongings there and travel lightly.
