Can I get a visa agency at the border crossing from Cambodia to handle my 60-day stamp instead of taking a minivan from Pattaya?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around valid options for handling a 60-day visa stamp when traveling from Pattaya to the Thai border with Cambodia. It is advised that using a visa run company from Pattaya may be safer and more reliable than attempting a self-managed border run, especially at Poipet/Aranyapathet, where there are warnings about scams. Some users suggest flying to nearby countries for a more comfortable experience rather than enduring a long minivan ride. Additionally, there are mentions of agencies available at the Chong Chom border crossing to help with immigration needs.

If you want to avoid the minibus fly but consider paying an agent to meet you and "help" you through immigration. Talk to the agent owner of this group, they'll have options available.

There are agents at the Chong Chom border crossing

and i asked earlier about flying to another country for my very first border run but everyone said things are tight right now. 3 months ago i was living i. cambodia and everyone was saying i could come here and do one maybe two or more while i saved and transferred 800k to a thai bank. now i just need one ONE bounce. but PLEASE not in a minivan w no toilet and one stop maximum.

different if you do alone. You can try without company.

Do you think a taxi is shorter time than a van ??if you have a history of exempt stamps don’t go to Poi Pet

Usually they can do private tours too

the "visarun company" at least will be a guarantee that you will get stamped in for another 60 days. They will always check your passport before taking you onto their tours. If the company sees by your passport stamps that your chances are nil, they will tell you. If you do the trip by yourself, be warned! You save nothing money wise, on the contrary, if the Thais won't let you back in, you will be stranded in Cambodia

the idea i am trying to explain is i dont want the long ride in a minivan. i am asking if i go on my own to the border town and THEN get an AGENCY that is right there at the border to do my visa process. then i can arrange my own ride back as well.

you either book the "visarun" company tour in Pattaya, or you try to do the border run all by yourself. You have been warned that you should not even attempt to do a border run in Poipet/Aranyapathet. They will scam you! There is no agency in Aranyapathet that will help you with the needed service
