30 days is more than enough, typically a week will do as most people will look for more permanent accomodation

Take a copy the payment QR code with you and all your documents and the original interview email and try to get past security with either the QR code or the original interview email. Then go towards the payment window but head into the consulate side doors and go to the counter.

If you make it to the airport you are fined 500 baht a day max of 20,000 baht. If you are caught, you are caged, courted, deported, and banned for 5 years or more.

Did you provide a currency conversion for them to baht?

you tell them it's for a home purchase. Stop dreaming up excuses and fears, large amounts of money are transferred by individuals internationally every day for various reasons. Also that money needs to show up as international transfer into the account for a home purchase otherwise it won't qualify to be taken out of Thailand after the property is sold.

I agree generally. Altho checking attendance is extreme, banks do check businesses for legitimacy.
