TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the implications of traveling without paying a fine for a late 90-day report in Thailand. Comments suggest that while it is unlikely to face issues, it is safer to pay the fine before traveling to avoid potential complications at immigration.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).

It’s better to pay the fine before you travel. Leaving without reporting and paying might cause problems at immigration, like being stopped or delayed. Just sort it out first to keep things smooth.
Almost certainly you won't have a problem, but there is a tiny tiny chance of them stopping you and fining you. The fine can be upto B5000 if you are stopped before going to an immigration office and paying the 2000 fine.
So far quite Ok. I missed one report since I did it online and got rejected and I didn’t unaware the email reply (Need to be in person). I already went out of the country and came back. I heard it will reset once you come back. But I still need to find out when I take immigration services😅
Passport control stamping out doesn't do anything in regards to 90-day reports. If you need immigration services in the future a sharp-eyed officer might notice that you missed your report and fine you, or not. You can report in person from 14 days before till 7 days after the 90 days due date.
