Photo requirements

Hi, I just downloaded a professional headshot jpeg after being scanned, and the website gave me a warning saying it might not be accepted as the eye level (?) is not right— or something like this, it was a 5 seconds warning which disappeared later so I couldn’t even read again. Photo is actually exactly fitting the shoulder level and head size etc, did anyone come across with this warning before?

Answer summary

The post inquires about a warning received regarding a professional headshot for a Thai visa application, specifically about eye level positioning. A commenter reassures that such warnings are usually standard reminders and suggests not to worry, as the authorities would request a different photo if the submitted one is not acceptable.

I wouldn't worry about it. If they don't like the picture they will request a different one. More than likely the message was just a standard reminder of acceptable positioning.
