Your business is new? Approvals are given for new businesses with no income. Tax returns may be asked if you don't provide business registration info but if you have no tax return you explain why. Is that 500 -1m THB? That's fine for the financial THB requirement, but you likely need to show more to show you can live without touching the 500k THB, if you are making no income from the business.

KL SP applicants need to provide similar to Workcationers e.g employment docs, company registration, 6mths booked accommodation, 6mths seasoned funds of 500k THB. Easier to apply as a SPer elsewhere in SEA.

There have been posts from such applicants, they should be in threads.

Where did you apply? Length of course should be 6mth plus and in addition you should show evidence to continue/finance your studies after the 6mths is over. As you were informed they want to see the need to be issued a 5 yr visa. It is not as easy as before to get the DTV with short courses.

That means the IO has discretion to let you enter as well as not allow you to enter if you do not have the docs. It doesn't mean entering if IO says no. Impossible to enter if IO says no.
