 Japan accepts DTV as a residence visa so allows DTVERS to apply from Thailand. I'm now in Gare du Nard station il fait très froid..Going by train to Brussels

Indonesia much more easier to apply from than Malaysia. Around 10 business days for the process in Indonesia, interviews are not that common.
