Has anyone successfully applied for a DTV (Digital Nomad) Visa by showing proof of funds in their bank account *while* having a new remote job?**
Here’s my situation:
1. I was on sabbatical in Southeast Asia.
2. Returned to my home country and secured a remote job.
3. Now I want to reapply for the DTV (or similar visa) for more stability abroad.
Has anyone made this work? Would love advice or tips!"

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the possibility of applying for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) while having a new remote job and sufficient funds in the bank. Commenters confirm that it is indeed possible as long as the applicant demonstrates stable remote employment and has enough savings to support living expenses for several months.
Yes, there have been approvals with new jobs. Where are you applying? I got my DTV from Taipei they would not accept a new job I had as they wanted to see payments in bank accounts. I would avoid applying there. Many other places will be fine
They just see you have a stable remote work with enough cash saved for about three to five months thats it. If you can relate previous jobs if you had worked remotely i am pretty confident your case will be solid
