wow, entering via Lipe without any visa, can it be true? Not everyone fits the visa exemption option all of the time. A retirement or tourist visa are the same visas wherever your port of arrival. Plus what about the other 15 or so visas? It's as easy as arriving at Lipe and saying Todd said it will be OK??
