You have so much to learn about Thailand, but given time, you'll get the hang of it. An old boss told me once "black and white is too rigid, you can't beat grey. Grey always gives you an out when things go wrong"

From this post and your other post about "rigid" Thailand maybe you should try another country.

ho ho ho. How low can you go? I will tell you, all the way down to the bottom. That is where your miseducation got you, the bottom of the sea. Like a sea urchin or sea cucumber. Plant or animal? I think labelling you as a plant is disrespectful to our plant life. Best compare you to a puddle of stale water, breeding pests. You are in fact the very definition of a pest.

They apply their requirements so don't expect to see all Embassies with the same list

just going by what I can see, they all seem to use the same document, with a misspelt title.

I'm not sure what document you are referring to as most embassies have their own information...

For example, The Royal Thai Embassy in Stockholm don't have any checklists on their webpage (just a description on how to apply for visas through e-visa).
