No, you cannot now get a 12 month multi-entry Non-O giving you 90 days each entry. The only Non-O is now 90 days then get a 12 month extension of stay.

yes because the first stamp on a Non-O is 90 days then extended for 12 months and do the first 90 day reports 90 days later i.e. 180 days after entry
