What is the current status of your application? The best way to contact an Embassy or Condulate is via Messenger if they have a Facebook page, try that detailing all the relevant information (name, passport number, application reference etc.).

 An extension based on marriage does not need a 12 moonth history of funds, just 3 months to show the 400k has seasoned for 2 months prior to the application

What is the process for extending a non-OA multiple-entry visa in Bangkok and how does the re-entry permit work?

If your husband gets new insurance and does a border bounce before the Non-OA expires (the visa not his entry stamp) he will get a new 12 month stamp but will require a re-entry permit to re-enter after the visa expires

 Probably because you didn't have the 800k seasoned for 2 months in a Thai bank account which is a requirement for the Non-O in Jomtien

There is no longer a multi-entry Non-O visa, you need to buy a multi-re-entry permit for the 12 month extension to achieve that
