When should I apply for a DTV to Thailand, and how can I handle receipt privacy as a healthcare provider?

Hello, wonderful people! I have a few questions:

1. I plan to be in Thailand for the first time on DTV in January 2026. I have been there multiple times without a visa (I am a Canadian). Should I apply for the DTV now (in the next month) or wait until November?

2. I am a health care provider. I am allowed to work remotely and am a business owner (sole proprietorship). However, I cannot provide Thai immigration with receipts with my client's name (for privacy reasons). Can I provide them with a few receipts with some information redacted? I will also give them bank receipts.

Thank you so much for your suggestions!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the appropriate timing to apply for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) to Thailand, considering their planned arrival in January 2026, and whether they should apply now or wait until later in the year. Additionally, they seek guidance on how to handle client privacy when providing proof of work to Thai immigration, specifically whether redacting client information on receipts would be acceptable.
