. It's the airline taking you to Thailand that may ask for it. Not Thai immigration.

. You're also confusing visas and extensions. You are entering on a non o visa based on marriage to a Thai. You need the money in thai bank for a yearly EXTENSION not a visa. 400k min balance for 2 months prior to applying for yearly extension.

To answer your question about 90 day report, it only applies to those on long term extensions and only if you stay in country 90 days or longer without leaving. DTV may be different as its 180 day stays but I don't know.
