Anyone know what they mean specifically for first visa?

Is it the visa ever Thai visa I have in my passport? I'm looking to apply for Non-O spouse but my first visa is a Non-B one from before

TLDR : Answer Summary
The term 'first visa' refers to the very first visa stamp you received in your passport, regardless of the type. For those applying for a Non-O spouse visa, it is important to have this visa history handy, especially if your first visa was a Non-B visa from earlier.

It is the first visa stamp you have ever had, in your passport. Old passport (if supreseeded by your currently valid passport) has to be had handy.

Just make a copy of every visa in your passport. They will take the ones they want. Problem solved.
