perhaps you are confused about the difference between the validity of the visa - which simply gives you that much time to ENTER the country. Then when you enter on that single entry tourist visa, you get a stamp indicating you are permitted to stay for 60 days. So the visa is not going to allow you to stay for 90 days, you get stamped in for 60 days, which technically is only 59 days, and you can extend that in-country for 30 more days.
Nah, anyone can go to the CM Immigration site and use most of the same QR codes. If i post them here, few people will bother to look at them or use them.
This might apply, you would need to very carefully read the requirements to determine how the days are counted, it is not a simple determination of what is considered physically present in a foreign country.
Who qualifies for the foreign earned income exclusion?
A U.S. citizen or a U.S. resident alien who is physically present in a foreign country or countries for at least 330 full days during any period of 12 consecutive months.
he is being helpful by pointing out the difference between a tourist visa and visa exempt which have completely different conditions. Sure, people get confused but when they use the wrong term they will often continue to remain confused. Are you annoyed that he corrects people or the way that he corrects them?
