@Stuart ********
, so you mean an insect might get the terminology right?

It is important to get the terminology right. But we should all remember that just because you are not an expert in Thai visa terminology, it doesnt mean you have no brain at all 🙂

, it is a little more complex in a digital world. You need permanent residence in the country where you are applying for MTV, and you need to travel to Thailand from that country (somehow), but you can apply online from wherever you are.

, not true. Non-B exists in several editions. You dont need a work permit to visit a partner company or as a consultant on short-term missions. This is similar to most of the world. But you need an invitation etc.

@Jay ********
, depends on the relation to the client. A Non-B might be sufficient.

, the two visas become more or less equal when asking for an annual extension, except exactly for the health insurance. Ppl opting for the OA are usually doing it to keep their money in their home country returning every year or second year for a new OA visa. Note that the OA will run for two years if you reenter Thailand just before it expires.

, well, I do not believe it helps much what you think. The newspapers quote lawyers for saying it is illegal to sell or smoke cannabis with high THC levels. What the police do or do not do about it is another story. The bottom line is that the regulatory legislation is pending at the parliament.
