Someone who knows if it is still possible to get a 1-year multi-entry Non O visa on the ground of marriage at an Embassy? Or has it been reduced to only 6 months?
The information available seems contradictory.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post asks if it is still possible to obtain a 1-year multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage at an Embassy, as recent information appears contradictory. Responses clarify that a 1-year multi-entry Non-O visa does exist, but there is no option for a 6-month visa; the only alternatives are a single-entry Non-O valid for 90 days or the multi-entry version valid for 1 year.

Brandon is correct. You either get a 90 day non O or a year. There is no such thing as a 6 month option. There is a six month multiple entry tourist visa. Perhaps you’re confusing the two.
, ok, if you are sure. I am asking because there have been talks about removing the multiple Non-O at all as at least some border stations consider it a misuse of the Non-O visa.
, I have faced this claim of "misuse" myself at Poi Pet border station. They said I should go get an extension instead, that the Non-O 1 year visa should not be used for getting long term stay in the country.
