In tourist areas there's a pot shop about every 4-5 store fronts. Seems all the failed shops from Covid now feature dope. Only smelled it a few times on the wind though. Residents can have 6 plants I hear, for medicinal uses of course. I didn't participate beyond taking a few snapshots of the signage so frequent on the strip.

The law says it is legal to grow for Thai nationals. The use of cannabis is by law restricted to medical use and food. Laws about creative use are expected in the near future. Right now the situation is a limbo for creative use. No one seems to care much. Until 1978 cannabis was completely legal in Thailand.

It's not really difficult or require lawyers. And extract is well defined in chemistry/pharmacy, it's when you concentrate an active ingredient in a solution, typically oil or alcohol.Henrik ****
