uk is 7hrs behind Thailand so a 2pm Thailand withdrawal is 7am uk time. That in theory gives me 17hrs before midnight (uk time) to pay down the foreign currency withdrawal.

yes correct. Only other thing to consider is if your bank back home or the card provider charges foreign currency fees! Find one with zero foreign transaction fees the rock up to Krungsri with card and passport. ATMs for foreign cards is only for LOW IQ tourist (scam victims) hahaha

I might try that. Send money to the credit card few hours before but I'm sure they reject positive balance. It must be zero or negative. I'll try anyway. My credit card app shows immediate value of foreign currency withdrawal in my UK card account. I can send GBP immediately to clear within one hour.

krungsri still does that for debit cards. Other banks will only process credit cards. A conspiracy to cooperate to create customer debts!

credit cards can't normally have a positive balance. Immediately the negative balance appears,after taking cash send exact amount to the credit card account to return to ZERO balance "0.00"

krungsri allows this. Other banks only allow on CREDIT card (big debts they want for you) not debit card. Clear credit card amount immediately after withdrawal then it's a free service

XE app ALSO. send for in person PICK UP by yourself. Collection point Siam Commercial Bank....costs us GBP ￡3 for 100,000 baht etc. Take passport to siam Commercial after sending and confirmation email with transaction reference number. Fill in counter form. Takes 10 minutes.
