I dont understand if you have a thai wife you don’t have to wait in the foreigner section anymore??? Also can we use the automatic kiosk too?

After going around searching for a international school for our kid, i was shocked at how much it costs for good schools. It ends up being around 50,000 baht per month for the ones that have good facilities and the not so good ones are about 25,000 baht per month. Also, keep in mind you need to pay per semester. And on top of that there is something called donation fee/facility maintenance/enrollment/bribe fee: numerous names, but same bullshit fee, that is about 100,000 baht. Both of which are big lump sums.

I remember when i tried to get into thailand last year i made 10 trips to the embassy in 7 days. Was there every morning waiting approximately 4 hours each morning. I went back in the afternoon a couple times to ask a single caveman yes or no question, because they wouldnt reply to emails or phonecalls. I could feel the hatred and anger in the air as soon as i got in, everybody trying to compose themselves once they got to the counter, because they didn’t want to blow any chances of them getting rejected lol. What a nightmare, glad that is over for me.

I had the same experience with gf visiting me and bringing me coffee and food and me looking down from the balcony lol!
