Those are significantly better because you can extend forever without leaving the country. This one is 6 months only with 10k baht to extend another 6 months. And the reason why the LTR failed completely is because of too much financial requirement.

500k proof of funds for the 6 months + 6 months (10k baht extension) wtv name it's call. It won't work. They need to remove the proof of funds.

For the DTV visa, how are they gonna verify that you are a digital nomads, freelancers, etc?

You also need 500k proof of fund. Nobody will keep 500k for months in an account. We've been through that before... this doesn't work.

35 is awful. Anything above 1% is bad

NEVER NEVER NEVER exchange at airport!! You can get 1% or less in many exchanger.

Just go to Nong Khai border, cross, go to duty free on Laos side, come back 30 min later, no problem.
