come on tourist visa 60 days extended 30 days did land border run to Cambodia 30 days on entry and already extended again 30 days

I don’t mind going to Laos for a few days and entering by land if it’s easier. I only need to get back in to secure my education visa. If rejected, it looks like I am going back to the UK for a few months and have to pay for my condo while I’m not here, also a flight home and back, which is not ideal.
