For me, I have all those documents, so not that big of an issue. That being said, I travel in/out of country so much, that I won’t need to extend.

Put it together now and hit submit when you arrive. You will first need to upload your Cambodia entry stamp though

Also, you only count business days (not weekends and holidays), so more like 5 days

From the various responses on here, it seems like sponsorship letters only work if they come from your employer.

Yes, evisa is the only option, and application will be routed to the embassy you select (which needs to be the one/country where you are physically present). Unfortunately, each embassy determines their own currency conversion. Unless your bank/money is baht, you must go by their conversion.

Apply via the embassy in Vietnam (depending on where you are in Vietnam, there are two locations- Hanoi and HCMC). Proof of current location is your entry stamp in your passport

- So what do you make of the statement above, posted on the Thai embassy in Netherlands’ page? Do you think they are wrong? Do you think the authority invested into this embassy is different than that given to other Thai embassies by the MoFAs?

- Yes, many people get away with it (still have to leave and then re-enter again). Most of the embassies have been very on target with delivering the visa when they said they would. Why risk a 5 year visa to fly back into Thailand a few days early, especially when you are going to have to leave and re-enter anyway?
