Does anyone know if there is a new process for entering Thailand, when coming into BKK airport from Cambodia, even if you have a visa? I usually book fast track (normal), just to skip the lines. However, was informed by the company that individuals arriving from Cambodia are no longer eligible, as they are required to utilize a “special” line.

TLDR : Answer Summary
There are reports suggesting that travelers arriving in Thailand from Cambodia may no longer be eligible for the regular fast track service at BKK airport. Instead, they might now be required to use a special line for entry, although details on this new procedure are still unclear. It appears this change could relate to concerns over security and potential risks associated with arrivals from Cambodia.
I have heard that people arriving for Cambodia no longer qualify for fast track, either the normal one or the "safe entry" one. But I haven't heard anything about a special line. Perhaps the people arriving on those flights are now allowed into the terminal like normal and are instead ushered to a special line that way? Would be interesting to hear if anyone has more information.
