Is a negative COVID test result acceptable in email form for travel to Thailand, or does it need to be printed?

Ronald Jackson. It might be worth checking with Manchester Airport to see if there are any print facilities there. Generally, lounges will do it (for a price!) but there may be some other option. It would surprise me if an airport the size of Manchester wouldn't have print facilities, but it's a case of knowing where to. Send a message to the airport

What are the current requirements for visa exemption tourists traveling to Thailand regarding COE and COVID-19 insurance?

Everything has to be approved before you board the flight. Could you imagine the shit fight at immigration with hundreds of people turning up and being sent straight back to the plane? The airlines would go into meltdown as they are totally responsible for flying in ineligible passengers. However, it would make great reality TV! 😆
