i dont know what she had but it doesnt matter. the law specifies visa categories and not specific visa. even non immigrant is listed in the law and those are the longterm residents even ;)

you are wrong. the law does not specify and visa, it specifies visa categories as tourist visa, non immigrant visa, etc… see for yourself in the official law. but you can surely list another official source, right? lol… DTV is a tourist visa, also in the eyes of the creators, the MFA. it was listed as a tourist visa by authorities as well.
