No bank account doesn’t leave many options to avoid fees. Withdrawal fees or app transfer fees are the tax of the DTV.

I mean, it doesn’t really matter what country you apply from. They’re all going to process it. As long as you have the right documents included, you should be ok.

Apply for a soft power DTV. Enroll in Muay Thai or Thai language course. You fit the minimum 500,000 baht savings and you don’t need to show income under the soft power category.

You can get an expedited passport renewal with proof of upcoming travel.
