that is why i allways make sure before renting that the landlord is ready to follow immigration laws… especially when i consider extending a visa, which would need much more documentation
a SWIFT transfer to whatever bank you prefer in thailand. yes it is perfectly fine for your bank and a standard procedure. dont do anything with a third party (no wise, no revolut, no agencies, no dubious companies, etc.)… just in case you could call your bank and tell them your plan to get a final advice.
the receiver account might also want to talk with his bank before receiving the money. there is also limits that trigger various actions. (unspecific)
Anonymer Teilnehmer you upload your location information in the location information section and the employment certificate in the employment certificate section… how hard can it be to read the website? lol… it is literaly just 4 documents and a few personal data to input. not science
Anonymer Teilnehmer 654 1. thailand is pretty safe. never had an issue. i usualy take 30k per withdrawal from
ATM. (dont run around with that all day so)… 2. everything can be paid with cash… 3. if you really need online banking / QR scan then just use TrueMoney…. there is allways solutions.
Just use a reputable bank in your home country that has a good service for international banking. (low or no fees, atm fee reimbursement, etc.)… it is way better to not put your money into a country where you never know what will happen to your accoun and with an unstable political situation. there isnt even many benefits of having a bank account here…
