After going to saigon for 5 days I filled out TDAC 72 HRS before returning back to Thailand ..when I came to the part to give my hotel address I could not do it ..I tried several times same result..in the end I by-pass hotel information and went to continue....all my data was excepted and 5 min later I got my approval..I think if you go out of Thailand for a few days and come back they think you are coming back to the same hotel /accommodation..same happened to friends..I could be wrong

Yes if you go early in the morning you should get it that afternoon ..but if you go late because of the crowds you'll get it next day
