But I don’t own property in Thailand (yet) and have visa exempt which is essentially no visa, so for me it’s the best deal I can get atm sadly

I can get a bank account in Bkk on visa exempt for 15k, but if I buy the insurance for 6k I get the bank account for 7.5k, true an agent ofc but the point is nothing is never in Thailand 😁
