sure, but he claimed it to be the normal rate for getting an agency service for retirement visa and it’s not the normal rate. Normal rate is around 30k

I assume you mean 90 day updates?

Still expensive compared to other agencies that charge 30k.

International driving permit for motorcycle, car, and truck cost 3k baht (and you can use it or change it to a Thai driver license for a few 100 baht).

17 is a great price, but not the normal rate. Most agencies charge 30-35k for full service (including fronting the funds 800k in bank and open Thai bank account in your name).
