i lived here for 16 years and apparently I know Thailand better than you 😂 Thailand has many rules that is never enforced. And there’s always 3 ways to to anything here, the right way, backdoor way, and the money way. Keep living in your little bubble 😂

you are so wrong, I went from visa exempt straight to 1y ed-visa and have photos with immigration officers the process, never had any problems

you are wrong, there’s a few schools that are approved for online classes. I know because I have my ed-visa from them, and I have photo of immigration officers when getting my stamp every extension.

no problem at all. I’ve been convicted of a LOOONG list of felonies and never had a problem, been living here for 16 years.

They did bring me in to the police station in Pattaya 16 years ago and told me that they new who I was and who I am/was in my country and that I better not do anything like that in Thailand. I told them I came here to get away from all that and that I had no intention of breaking any laws in Thailand, they never bothered me again…

There are certain visas that require police papers but that is from Thai police not your home country so no problem at all…

It’s up to the bank branch, but most will decline.

However it is possible at some banks and branches, but you’ll need a residence certificate, passport with at least a 3 months stamp and school documents from the school you’re attending.
