Come 60 days on your ticket and extend 30 days, border run (Laos) get 60 new days, then extend 30 days… repeat

I’ve done 3 border runs this year, when you use an agency they have a success guarantee, the agency have a deal with immigration. But if you go yourself you might get denied after a few times.Greta *****

Wrong ! Done 8-9 borders runs for last 3 years :) Talked many different business owners who make those trips - they just find another way to do it .. too big industry to shut down..

the denied entries are people doing border runs by plane. It's still possible to live in Thailand continuously by doing LAND border runs. It's actually become much easier in the past couple of years since they took away the 2 land border entries per year limit. Now there is no limit so if you go to land borders where you pay a small fee for the stamp or go with border run companies you can live in Thailand on visa exempt stampsGreta *****

Denied entry is common thing … nothing strange there .. But will never happen if use normal agent - company

lots of reports of denied entry, even after 1st or 2nd entry while a couple of years ago it wasn't any issue to do it 10 times in a row.Pat ******
