@Belinda *****
you would need it with Non-OA but not with Non-O like in your case.

If you are applying for non-o (retirement) you need 800k baht seasoned for 2 months prior to the application.

Thailand has remittance basis of taxation on foreign income. Not worldwide earned income. Additionally you need to spend in the country more than 180 days to become a resident for tax purposes when above starts applying.

Non-o is a long term visa. No need for a return flight.

Wise TRX - “Funds for long term stay in Thailand” cited reason so the TRX shows as international Transfer when the bank statement used for Non-o extension.

Feb 25 till Oct 25 only 9 x 65,000 deposits: you will not be able to use the 65,000 route yet for 2nd extension. 3rd will be fine. You will need 800,000 2 months before October application (and prove you maintained 400,000 during the year + 800,000 for 3 months after 1st year extension)

you will be ok. Otherwise there are always immigration agents to rescue any situation - for a fee. Personally i learned a lot doing it all alone.

Correct. Best to get the non-o in UK with local bank account balance. Once in Thailand open Thai bank account with the visa already in place.
