what? I'm literally saying somebody here has given me the answer. The reason there was an explanation about everything is incase any of the elements in anyway changed the answer I need. i have a vax but not proof on me. She was adamant i needed a vac for 3 min then said ok fill this form out. All of this conversation was in Thai too so god knows how long she would argue in english
