So I am going to Cambodia for a couple of weeks and I will apply for a tourist visa in Cambodia for Thailand (60 days) to come back.
To speed up the process can I apply for the test and go pass before I get my visa or do I need to wait until I have that? I am not sure if uploading your visa is part of the requirements when applying.
Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquires about the process of applying for a Thailand Test and Go pass while planning to travel to Cambodia first to obtain a Thai tourist visa. Responses clarify that a visa is not required to apply for the Test and Go pass, and users share their experiences regarding flight cancellations and obtaining PCR tests in Bangkok.
Yeah you can do your Thai pass before you go, I did when I went over new year, and you can do a same day PCR test at medconsult in bkk, I paid 2000thb but I saw that it's 1500 now on a post yesterday
Get them flights booked asap I highly recommend that as there are so many people going there now to sort their visa situation
Just so you know I had 2 flights cancelled on two different airlines on different dates flying from Bangkok to Cambodia. Don't go depending on your flights going as planned if your thinking of going to Cambodia first.
One was a Thai airways flight, the other was Lanmei airlines. Two different airlines, different dates. Gives me the impression there are issues with flights going to and from
