TLDR : Answer Summary
To get a queue number at Immigration Division 1, it's advisable to arrive as early as 5 or 6 AM, since they start handing out numbers before opening at 8:30 AM. The ability to make online appointments has been removed, so arriving early is crucial to minimize wait times.

People start showing up at 5 or 6 to queue up so that they can get a queue number when they start handing them out and remember they don't open the immigration doors until 8:30 ๐Ÿ˜›

So you're gonna hafta get out there pretty early to get a low queue number.

Then again it's totally dependent on what section you're in. What is it you're actually doing out there?
