Best is to buy the pcr test from Amazon and they will send the results on time most of the time. It's one of the least expensive options. It will work for the 72 hour requirement.

Such a scam when in India they will come to your home and take a swab for a PCR test for 15 bucks. Or you go to the lab for ten bucks. These places in the US and especially Thailand are making so much money off these tests.

Thailand is not a place for a spontaneous visit period. Needs planning at this time.

I flew Air France during the early days of the pandemic.. I was very grateful to them for operating the repatriation flights from India and to the USA helping stranded travelers. I have also liked flying with them.
