Which website do you use for plane tickets that can be cancelled and refunded? Thx

Anyone travelled back from Thailand to the UK with Air France recently, with a transit stopover in Charles De Gaule airport.

Just like to know of any issues first hand, before I depart later this week.

I will call Air France/KLM for any update travel information, but it's always good to hear from anyone who has made the trip.
