Try to reapply, my application had API error for the 1st submission. Retried submitting it and it was successful.
Not sure if it is still the same, but when we applied for a TP in November we got the same message and the solution was to add a "space" to our 9-digit passport number.

Maybe it is another issue that bugs your application, but it is worth giving the "10th digit" trick a try. Good luck....
wow. Youd think that by now they would specifically tell us to do that or just fix the stupid site. If they want people to come and require us to complete this application they need to make it foolproof without all these dam bugs. They have had months to improve their implementation

Ok. After a few HOURS on the damn STUPID Thai pass site I finally got it submitted. How extremely frustrating! I don't know why they can't make it more streamlined. They have enough smart IT people to make it simple. Sheesh ๐
