TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers flying from Bangkok to the UK with Thai Airways do not require a fit to fly certificate or PCR test, especially if they are fully vaccinated. However, it's always recommended to check the airline's official website for the most current regulations. Additionally, a passenger locator form must be filled out 48 to 72 hours before departure.

Passenger locator form can now be done 72 hrs before departure

Never had any problems with Thai Airways. Just did a BKK/LHR round trip last month. Fantastic service and best price.

Because rules keep changing its always better to check their website. You don't need fit to fly leaving the country.
